The sponsorship and support we receive from private, public and third sector organisations is crucial to our ability to deliver the innovative and creative policy reports and events for which we are known.
There are four main ways in which to support our work: joining our business forum, supporting our research, sponsoring a Westminster event, and partnering with us at the party conferences.
We enjoy close partnership with organisations in the private sector through our Business Forum. Our business partners benefit from the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the policy agenda through attendance at exclusive events and by being kept in regular touch with the SMF's research programme, putting their organisations at the heart of the policy debate in Westminster.
Particular benefits include:
Places at our thrice-yearly Business Forum lunches where a guest speaker makes a short speech and those present have the opportunity to ask questions and exchange views. Recent guests have included Matthew Hancock MP and Ed Davey MP.
Our bi-monthly e-newsletter and a tailored Business Forum e-newsletter summarising recent research reports.
Copies of all our new research reports and policy essays.
The opportunity to request individual briefings from SMF staff on their areas of expertise.
Invitations to SMF events.
The opportunity to partner with us at the three annual party conferences at a reduced rate.

The Labour, Conservative and Liberal Democrat party conferences are a highlight of the political year. The conference fringe provides an unparalleled opportunity to engage in debate with those who decide on and influence policy.
As an influential and non-aligned voice in the think-tank world, the Social Market Foundation is one of the biggest single contributors to the fringe across all three main party conferences. over many years,
our programme has earned a reputation for securing recognised experts, commentators and politicians to debate pressing policy issues.
Our fringe programme deals with current and future questions across the broad spectrum of policy areas.
Debates are sponsored by organisations looking to explore the big issues of the day. Recent partners have included Universities UK, the Children's Society and KPMG.
