Dr Simon Griffiths Delivers Paper to Independent Living Association Annual Conference
Dr Simon Griffiths, Senior Research Fellow at the Social Market Foundation, gave a paper to the Independent Living Association's Annual Conference setting out the context for the recent personalisation of social care and the introduction of direct payments and individual budgets. He concluded by examining the current challenges to 'personalisation' from the economic crisis.
