Frances joined the SMF team in August 2022 after graduating from the University of Birmingham with an MA in International Law, Ethics and Politics, and a BA in Philosophy, Religion and Ethics with a year abroad in Hong Kong. She has previously helped run the Keating Chambers annual summer party and during her time at university she chaired the Philosophy, Theology and Religion departmental ball.
