Phoebe is Co-Director of Boom, which works for a UK where it’s easier to choose to have children, for everyone. She is also Senior Policy Advisor at the charity Impetus. She was previously Senior Research Fellow in Social Policy at the think tank Bright Blue.
She is also Chair and Founder of the Women in Think Tanks Forum, which gives women in policy the opportunity to network and professionally develop. Phoebe regularly writes for the i and Unherd and is a columnist for City A.M.
