Tom Ebbutt is Managing Director of On Purpose, leading its work in London, Paris and Berlin. Prior to joining On Purpose Tom was the Chief Operating Officer of Ambition Institute, the country’s leading school leadership development charity, and worked as a Venture Partner at Ark Ventures, supporting the growth of high-impact social purpose organisations. He has also worked as a management consultant, journalist and in international development. He is a trustee of the Social Market Foundation and Tempo Time Credits, and a former local councillor. Tom holds a degree in History from the University of Cambridge and is a qualified accountant.
