Dani is a Senior Researcher at the SMF. Prior to joining, Dani was Policy and Research Manager at Students’ Union UCL, leading a team researching policy issues in Higher Education. She has also previously worked as a consultant, advising Higher Education Institutions on issues relating to equality, diversity and inclusion in Higher Education. She has previously published academic research on reducing risk of harassment in educational settings. Dani studied Human, Social and Political Sciences at the University of Cambridge.
