Max Thilo works in Westminster as a parliamentary researcher for the Chair of the House of Commons Liaison Committee. He was awarded an Emergent Ventures grant, run by influential economist Prof. Tyler Cowen, to travel to Singapore to study their healthcare system. Subsequently, Max received funding from Entrepreneur First, a leading talent investor, to set up a campaign aimed at introducing Singaporean-style polyclinics into the NHS.
