Peter Wilson is a Senior Researcher in the Education and Skills team at Policy Connect, working with the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Skills, Careers & Employment, the Skills Commission, and the Higher Education Commission.
Peter was with the SMF in February and March 2023 and, although he is no longer involved with the SMF, he contributed in numerous important ways to the development of this interim report while he was. He carried out extensive desk research into the existing evidence base on fraud and the nature of victimisation, as well as designing much of the two surveys, which this paper focuses upon.
