Incentivising household action on flooding

This report outlines the significant need for increased action from households to protect themselves against the experience and costs of flooding.

It shows that a range of organisations, including Flood Re and central and local Government, as well as households themselves, need to work to improve the take-up of property level resistance and resilience measures. Doing so would help to ensure that household flood insurance is available and affordable in the long term.
